Cancellation/Refund/Return Policy

Island Grocery and Grill has a physical store. When a customer place an order, the products are packed and shipped to the customer in a timely manner.

Cancellation Policy

If a customer wish to CANCEL their order, the customer MUST do so before the order is mark as COMPLETED. When an order is marked completed, it means that the order was already sourced, packed and shipped off to the customer.

Return and Refund

You acknowledge that returns and refund are available on most of the items sold on Island Grocery and Grill. You have 30 days from delivery to make a return. Island Grocery and Grill reserve the right to refuse a return if an item is not returned in its non-used original condition, including all packaging and tags. Certain items are non-returnable. Customer pays the return shipping cost, Island Grocery and Grill is only responsible for products price refund. Island Grocery and Grill will only refund the price based on purchased price/record, regardless of the change of the price in any condition. Refunds in accordance with this policy for purchases made by online electronically deposit into the account from which the funds were originally withdrawn. You agree that all final sale items may not be returned. Island Grocery and Grill will not accept any exchange.

A refund will only be issued to a customer to due to the reasons;

  • Items that the customer ordered but was not available.
  • If a customer cancel their order before it is mark as COMPLETE, they can request a refund.

NB: If an item was delivered broken or damage, Island Grocery is NOT responsible for any damage done to your order during shipment.
